Jeremy Lynn Branshaw Jr.

Passed away on November 5, 2018 at St. Mary's Medical Center in the arms of his parents, Marcey Kegley and Jeremy Lynn Branshaw Sr.

He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Seth and Kane Freeman; maternal grandparents, Chris Kegley and Annie Bowen; paternal grandparents, Lynn and Lou Branshaw and other loving family members and friends.

and then changed his mind.

You see, I am a special child,

A Memorial visitation for Jeremy will be held on November 18, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the home of Jeremy's parents, 6644 Lakewood Ave. Portage, Indiana 46368.
