Jerry W. Mitchell

JERRY WAYNE MITCHELL, age 65, of Portage, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012 . He was a lifetime area resident and was retired from Bethlehem Steel. Jerry enjoyed old cars, hot rods and motorcycles. He will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather.
Jerry is survived by parents, Carl and Leona Mitchell of Hobart; his children, Thomas (Beverly) Mitchell of Valparaiso, Dawn (Mike) McIntyre of Nixa, MO, Jerri Lambert of Crown Point, Dena Mitchell of Valparaiso, and Lisa (Robert) Fox of Hobart; grandchildren, Melissa, Brittany, Tara, Sarah, Zach, Thad, Nate, Michael, Erin, and Lyndsay; great grandson, Dakota.
