Jo-Lynne Imhausen, age 74, of Valparaiso, and formerly of Portage, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Porter Regional Hospital in Valparaiso. Jo-Lynne had been a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident and was a retired respiratory therapist at St. Anthony Hospital in Michigan City. She was a former member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Lake Station.
Jo-Lynne is survived by 3 sons; Robert (Kathy) Imhausen of Lake Station, Michael (Jenise) Imhausen of Buffalo, IN and Thomas (Kim) Imhausen of Hammond, 9 grandchildren: Robert, Megan & Matthew Imhausen; Nicole (Tony) Carroll and Tommy Imhausen; Joshua Imhausen, Kevin Shelton; Erin & Jordan Imhausen; great grandson, Westin Carroll, brother, Arnold (Anne) McDonald of Nenana, Alaska, sister, Kathleen Hurst of Spokane, WA and nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold & Ann McDonald, husband, Robert "Imy" Imhausen and daughter, Kathleen Imhausen.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage with Rev. David Kime officiating.
