JoAnn Evans (Nee Fay), age 61, of Hobart passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018.  She was born June 22, 1956 in Gary, Indiana to the late Francis and Juanita (nee Finnerty) Fay.  She will be remembered by her strong personality and a contagious laugh.

JoAnn is survived by her four daughters, Marilyn (Danie Wasy) Ramage, Melissa Daily, Elise (Kyle) Telechan and Jackie (Phil) Martin; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; her daughters father, Don Evans; brother Jim (Sue) Fay; sister, Carol (Jim) Fitzgerald; three sister-in-law's, Kathy, Maria and Ellen Fay and many nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, John, Lennie and Danny Fay.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Rees Funeral Home 600 W Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana 46342.  Memorial visitation will be from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
