John H. Kuckuck Jr., age 56 of Lake Station passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013. He was born on October 4, 1956 in Gary Indiana. He was a Lake Station resident for the past 10 years and was formerly of Hobart. John owned and operated Elite Sign Services and Jaxin2, Inc.. He enjoyed his classic car and his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by his parents, John H. and Marilyn Kuckuck Sr. of Griffith, IN; his loving wife, Eileen Sheridan-Kuckuck of Lake Station, IN; 4 children, Shannon Kuckuck of Michigan City, IN; Michael Kuckuck of Lake Station, IN; Michelle (Christopher) Koller of Portage, IN; David Kuckuck of Lake Station, IN; 2 sisters, Patricia (Michael) Bridegroom of Lake Village, IN; Kathy (Bruce) Eden of DeMotte, IN; 1 brother, Larry (Anne) Kuckuck of Crown Point, IN; 5 grandchildren, Hannah, Raven, Shaylynn, Lacei, and Brooklyn.

In lieu of flowers memorials in John's honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
