John Phillip Morgan, age 40, of Gary, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016. He was born on May 10, 1976 in Hobart, Indiana to Gustav and Linda Morgan. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games, working on cars, and he loved the outdoors. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his brothers and sister. He will always be remembered as a gentle soul would help anyone in need.

John is survived by his mother, Linda Louise Morgan; daughter, Kimberly Ann Morgan; brother, Charles William Morgan; sister, Margo Marie Morgan; niece, Emma Marie Welch; brother in law, Walter Welch; special aunts, Linda Stepp and Connie (Don) Chase.

He was preceded in death by his brother, James Russell Morgan; and grandparents, John and Louise Judge.
