JOYCE DEWBERRY, age 82, of Hobart, passed away Saturday, February 02, 2013. Joyce was born on September 1, 1930 in Kuttawa, KY to the late George and Annie Marie Cannon. She was longtime Hobart resident and a member of Central Baptist Church in Portage. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
Joyce is survived by her 2 daughters, Vicky (Steve) Johnson of Valparaiso and Donna (Fred) Krieg of Valparaiso; 6 grandchildren, Eric (Megan) Johnson, Brad Johnson and Brandon (Jessica) Johnson, Anne (Ed) Casko, Chris (Leslie) Krieg and Tim (Brittney) Krieg; 5 great grandchildren, Carter and Lainey Casko, Kate Johnson and Shane and Taylor Johnson; brother, George (Dotty) Cannon of Valparaiso; brother-in-law, Harold Warren of Hobart; nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Donald and her sister, Modest Warren.
A funeral service for Joyce will be Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
