Judith A. Polak (nee Potocki), age 69, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019.  She was born on December 26, 1949 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Stanley and Marjorie Potocki. Judy was a member of the VFW Post #9323 Ladies Auxiliary in Lake Station. She loved animals and music. She will always be remembered as a very caring and dedicated wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.

Judy is survived by her husband, Robert Polak; daughter, Tammy Stanley; brothers, Michael (Anne) Potocki, Charles (Claudia) Potocki; sister, Roberta Henning; goddaughter, Michelle Henning; many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Michael Stanley; sister, Sandra Alonso, and brother-in-law, Thomas Alonso.
