Judy Ann Selby (nee Tokarz), age 70, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015. She was born on October 24, 1945 in Dyer, Indiana to the late Joseph and Mildred (nee Schweitzer) Tokarz. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her daughter: Carol (Adam) Phillips; three grandchildren, Raphael Hebert, Kylie Stone and Rhiahannaen Phillips; brother, Joe Tokarz; two sisters Marlene Kramaric and Cecilia Mortin and many other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerry Tokarz and two sisters, Mildred Tokarz and Darlene Caves.

A funeral service for Judy will take place Monday, December 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage with Father Jerry Schweitzer officiating.
