KATHLEEN M. (FRANKS) SORICH, age 82, of Hobart, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2011. She was born to Clyde and Amanda Krepps on April 19, 1929 in Everson, PA. Kathleen had been a resident of Hobart/Lake Station for over 60 years and most recently resided at Linden House, where she enjoyed going on trips with fellow residents.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Randy K. Franks of Chicago, IL and Danny R. (Angela) Franks of Bellville, TX; son-in-law, Jim Sandilla of Hobart; 4 grandchildren, Kimberly (Mark Mathis) Patillo of Portage, Kevin (Amy) Church of MI, Matthew R. Franks of GA, and Brian M. Franks of LA; 4 great grandchildren, Breanna, James, Danielle and Sydney; 4 step-grandchildren, Ricky Sandilla, Bridget Bonner, Holly Luedtke, Adam Sandilla; many step great grandchildren; niece, Margaret Sue (Krepps) Miller of PA; other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Sandra M. Sandilla; husbands, Thurman A. Franks and William Sorich; her parents; and brother, Clyde C. Krepps, Jr.
