KATHRYN E. "KAY" BOUGHAMER, age 69, of Hobart, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010 at St. Mary Medical Center. Kathryn was a lifelong Hobart resident and member of St. Bridget Catholic Church in Hobart. She enjoyed bowling and she was a member of Valparaiso American Legion Post #94 Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband, Victor D. Boughamer, Jr. preceded her in death in September of 2010. She is survived by her son, Victor D. III (Jessica) Boughamer of Crown Point, daughter, Kelly Marciniak (Chris Boyles) of Hobart, granddaughter, Brittney Marciniak, brother, Darryl Heine of Hobart, two sisters-in-law, Rosalind (Phil) Slabaugh and Cynthia (Robert) Mundell; nieces & nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, November 28, 2010 from 2-8 pm at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 29, 2010 at 10 am at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, with Deacon Jamie Lewis officiating.
