Keith Allan Worthington

Age 62 passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at his home. He was born on June 9, 1958 in Gary, Indiana to Roy and Shirley (nee Carter) Worthington. Keith was a Registered Nurse previously employed at North and Southlake Methodist. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley(Don Jurs) Worthington; brother, Randall (Theresa) Worthington; sister, Diane (Jeff) Ellis; nephews, Brandon (Lynn) and Dylan (Charissa); nieces, Danielle (Elliott) and Alexis ;great nephews, Ethan, Matthew, Jadyn and Thomas; great nieces, Anna, Harper, and Hadley and many other loving family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Worthington.
