Kenneth A. Morris, Jr., age 63 of Burns Harbor passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022. He was born on June 8, 1959 in Gary, Indiana to the late Kenneth and Vera Morris. Kenny retired from the Carpenter and Millwright Local# 1046 where he worked as a Millwright for 33 years. He could best be described as a wildman MacGyver type who could fix anything. He lived a very full life. Kenny loved riding his motorcycles despite breaking his bones once in a while. He never met a stranger and enjoyed listening to Blues and Jazz music. He adored his grandkids and cherished the time he spent with them above all.

He is survived by his lifelong friend and the mother of his sons, Denise Mikolics; sons, Eric Morris of Schererville, Adam (Michelle) Morris of Fort Wayne, Kyle Morris of Portage; grandchildren, Macy, Eloise, Rose, Everly and Charlie Morris; sisters, Tina (Dave) Cressler and Terry.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Vera Morris.

Cremation will take place with Rees Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. A hog roast celebrating Kenny's life will take place at a later date.
