Kimberly A. Dawson- Hankins

Kimberly A Dawson-Hankins, age 55, of Valparaiso passed away Thursday March 7, 2019 at her home.  She was born December 17, 1963 in Meridian, Mississippi to Charles and Ricky (nee Hyland) Dawson. She worked as a legal secretary for Gary German and she was a member of Indiana Dunes Great Banquet and Kairos Outside.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

Kimberly is survived by her husband of 7 yrs. Wilbur "Skip" Hankins; her parents, Charles and Ricky Dawson; two brothers, Lance (Rhonda Meraldo) Dawson and Jason Dawson; niece, Alixzandrea Bigheart; five fur babies, Remington, RJ, Puddin, Willow and Smokey; and many other loving family members and loving friends. She will be missed immensely.

In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.

Visitation for Kimberly will be from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday March 9, 2019 at South Haven Church of the Nazarene, 621 N. County Road 450 W. Valparaiso, Indiana 46383.  Her funeral service will be celebrated at 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2019 by Pastor Scott Jones also at South Haven Church of the Nazarene.  Cremation will follow.
