Lawrence B. Ciesielski, age 61, of Hobart and a former 35 year resident of Munster passed away Monday 12/16/13 at the William J. Riley Memorial Residence in Munster. Larry was born November 10, 1952 in Chicago, IL to Bernard and Adeline (Wydajewski) Ciesielski. Larry was an industrial fence salesman for Region Fence Sales, Inc. He married Deborah Krivicich on April 20, 1975 in Chicago, IL. Larry enjoyed golfing, traveling and spending time with his family.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Deborah of Hobart; his mother Adeline of Chicago; his two sons Shaun (Sara) Ciesielski of Hobart and Jason (Joana) Ciesielski of Valparaiso; his two brothers Donald (Maria Nowak) Ciesielski of Manhattan, IL and Richard (Dawn) Ciesielski of Chicago, IL; his sister Beverly (Patric) Moran of Glen Ellyn, IL; three loving granddaughters Isabella, Aurora, and Bree Ciesielski; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Bernard, his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Funeral Services will begin with 9:30 am prayers Monday December 23, 2013 at Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road and then proceed to St. Bridget Catholic Church 563 E 2nd Street Hobart, IN at 10:00 am for a Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. Dominic V. Bertino officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Portage. Visitation will be Sunday December 22, 2013 from 2:00-8:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home.
