Leona Kay Woods, age 96 of Hobart passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024, at her home. She was born on April 28, 1928, in Richwood, West Virginia to William and Osie Bostic. During her time in West Virginia, she drove a truck for the coal miners. When she came to Indiana, she worked as a waitress.

She is survived by her son-in-law, William Vespo; granddaughter, Sheila (Bill) Webb; great grandchildren, Misty Klunder and Kristopher Webb.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Anna A. Vespo; her husbands, William Woods and Richard Hagman.
