Leonor Cano

Leonor Cano, age 89, of Hobart, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019.  She was born on November 5, 1929 in Laredo, Texas to the late Concepcion and Maria (nee Gomez) Escobedo. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her loving children, Angie (Marciano) Martinez, Hortencia "Manie" (Jose) Luque, Maria "Lucy" (Salvador) Gonzalez, Jose Luis (Beth) Cano, Rudy (Sandy) Cano, Rosie (Edward) Zimmerman and Jesus (Gloria) Cano; 18 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Maria Molina;  two sister-in-law's, Maria and Santa Escobedo; many loving nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Cano; infant, Guadalupe and Jose Cano; daughter, Rosita Cano; grandson, Juan Martinez; granddaughter, Valerie Cano; eight siblings, Josefina (Viviano) Garcia, Augustin (Rosa) Escobedo; Aurora (Secundino) Costilla, Francisco Escobedo, Olga Escobedo, Luis (Olga) Escobedo, Juan Escobedo, Consuelo (Jose Paz) Morado and brother-in-law Rey Molina.
