Lillian M. Haney

LILLIAN M. HANEY, age 94, of Portage, passed away Monday, August 22, 2016. She was born on June 27, 1922 in Clinton, Indiana. Lillian was a lifelong area resident. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her son, Melvin "Mickey" Dufresne of Demotte; daughter, Linda Hartford of Hobart; 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; special friends, Trudi Markul, Cathy Mitchell and Justin Ezele.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Haney; and parents, David and Lillie Wilson.

Visitation for Lillian will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12 Noon at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage, with Rev.
