Linda Snyder

Linda J. Snyder, age 69, of Valparaiso, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017. She was born in Gary, Indiana on June 7, 1947. Linda adored her grandchildren and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, William "Bill" Snyder; son, Tim (Melissa) Snyder; daughter, Amanda (Brian) Wiggins; and beloved grandchildren, Carson, Katlynn, Makayla, Justin, Allissa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Helen Kosak.

A funeral service for Linda will take place Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W Old Ridge Rd Hobart, IN 46342 with Pastor Duane Schmidt officiating. She will be laid to rest at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
