Linda Anne Woodworth

LINDA ANNE WOODWORTH, age 74, of Valparaiso, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 while at home.  She was born in Pittsburgh, PA  on July 26, 1943 to the late Steve and Olga Cvetetic.  Linda worked at the Video Palace in Hobart and was the best employee they ever had.  She enjoyed crafting, decorating for the holidays, and knitting afghans, hats and other gifts for her family.   Linda took great pride in maintaining her household and cooking for her family and loved ones.  She was a devout Catholic and said the Rosary every single day.  Linda will be remembered as an excellent listener who was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Michelle Doyle of Detroit and Sandra (Deb Wright) Woodworth of Chesterton; grandchildren, Alexis Doyle of Detroit, Mitch (Jessicah), Kendall, and Delaney Wright of Chesterton; brother, Steve M. Cvetetic of South Daytona, FL; sister, Dianne M. Durko of Hobart; nephews, Gregory Durko of Crown Point and Steve Durko of Gainesville, FL; great nieces and nephew, Marisa, Jack Christian and Elee Durko.

Linda was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Milan and Barbara Cvetetic, Stepan and Rosalie Loyen and Kuma Nada.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or New Day Foundation.

A memorial visitation for Linda will be Monday, May 7, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m.at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage with Deacon Dale Webdell officiating.
