Lindsey Marie Anderson (Brum), age 34 of Hobart, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born on January 15, 1990, in Munster, Indiana to Scott and Karen Brum. Lindsey was currently employed as a Paramedic for the Lake Station Fire Department. She was a passionate animal lover and a voracious reader. She belonged to a book club and was currently reading one book a month. Lindsey enjoyed doing crafts and loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Brian Anderson; her parents, Scott and Karen Brum; sister, Courtney Brum; brothers, Ryan Brum, Sean Brum; her father and mother-in-law, Don and Karen Anderson; sister-in-law, Lauren (Ricky) Medellin; nieces, Cora and Sydney Medellin; many family members and friends; and her beloved dogs, Chloe and Lucy.

She was preceded in death by her two favorite uncles, Tim Swarthout and Gary Brum.

Memorial visitation will be held Sunday, June 30, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart.
