Lisa Marie Booth (nee Shivalec), age 50, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015. She was born on February 10, 1965 in Gary, Indiana to the late Anton Shivalec and Ruth (nee Thompson) Crawford. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, companion, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her beloved companion of 21 years: William Worrall of Valparaiso; sons: Anthony (Emily) Rodriquez of Valparaiso and Nicholas (Danielle) Booth of Valparaiso; two brothers, Dave Shivalec and Fred (Kathy) Shivalec; sister Lori Shivalec; step-father, Bill Crawford; step-brother, Wally (Janene) Crawford; two step-sisters, Patty and Carmen Crawford; Aunt, Dorothy (Lawrence) Doothit; two uncles, Jim (Nancy) Thompson and Don (Donna) Thompson and many other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Anton Shivalec and Ruth Crawford; sister, Susan Jones and grandparents, Lester and Althea Thompson.
A memorial service for Lisa will take place Saturday, October 17, 2015 at noon at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage with Pastor Bob Burton officiating.
