Lorraine Gibson (nee Comsa), age 91, of Lake Station, IN passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

Lorraine was born on April 27, 1931. She married James Gibson in May of 1955 and spent 43 years together until his death in July of 1998. Lorraine was very devoted to her family and was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and even great-great-grandmother.  She was always there to help anyone in need.

Lorraine is survived by her daughters: Melissa Vogt and Claudia Gibson; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband: James Gibson; children: Peter and Scott Gibson and Linda Wall; her parents; and two brothers.

Family and friends may gather at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave, Portage) on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 12:30-1:30 P.M.  A Funeral Service will take place following visitation directly at 1:30 P.M.  At rest, Calvary Cemetery.
