Luanne B. Gregory

Luanne B. Gregory, age 81, of Hobart passed away Friday May 18, 2018 at St Mary medical Center in Hobart.  Luanne was born March 7, 1937 in Mosinee, Wisconsin to the late Joseph and Elsie (Oprzendek) Pelot.  She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and wife.  She was a book keeper for the family business, Tolleston Auto Parts.  Luanne loved Bowling and NASCAR racing. She was an accomplished musician playing both piano and organ.

Luanne is survived by her four children, Mitchell Gregory of Lake Station, Marc Gregory of Savannah, TN, Laura Trail of Hobart and Andrew (Mary) Gregory of Hobart; fifteen grandchildren, Vincent, Tanya, Colette, Elijah, Jeremy, Alicia, Cindy, Raymond, Caryn, Ian, Alissa, Erik, Brian, Andrew and Janis; and fifteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Marvin; her parents; and brother, Gregory Pelot.

Memorial visitation will be conducted from 2-8 pm Wednesday May 23, 2018 at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel 600 W. Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana 46342.  Memorial services will be held at 4:30 pm Wednesday.  Luanne's friends and family will gather at the funeral home on Thursday May 24, 2018 at 9:00 am and process to Calvary Cemetery for Burial of her cremated remains at 10:00 am.
