Lucille M. Hall, age 95, of Valparaiso, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021.  She was born in Onarga Township, Illinois on November 3, 1925 to the late Alva and Mini (nee Brigger) Burnett.  Lucille worked in a factory in Chicago that made bugles for World War II.  She later worked at US Steel as a secretary where she met her husband of 49 years, Eugene.  The couple retired to Chassel, Michigan in 1973 where they built a resort called Ridgeview Cabins.  She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Lucille is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Hall, Jackie Talley; son, Kenneth Hall; grandchildren, Julie (Alex) Nasserjah, Keith (Misty) Harvey, Adam Hall; great grandchildren, Kyle Nasserjah, Tyler, Andrew, Adam, and Trevor Harvey, Abbi (Jacob) Garza; great-great grandchild, Savannah Garza; sister, Betty Gagne; and brother, Robert Burnett.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene R. Hall; brothers, Richard and Donald Burnett; sister, Ann Payton; son in law, Charles Talley; and her parents.

Cremation has been entrusted to Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 219-942-2109.
