Lyndon Dale Thomas, 81, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at his residence. He was born September 2, 1933, in Irvine, KY, to the late Amile and Ethel Clemons Thomas. He was a member of Columbia Church of Christ, a US Navy Veteran and a retired industrial painter.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Hamm Thomas of Columbia, KY; one son, Michael (Esther) Thomas of Urbana, IL; three step-children, Rick (Mona) Thomas of Monroe, LA; Amy (Mark) Allenspach of Springs, MI; Cindy (Dave) Stanley of Portage, IN; five grandchildren, Jessica (Nick), Chrissy (Apollo), Zack (Becky), Stephen, Dylan (Jessie), seven great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild

Funeral services are Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central, Portage, IN.46368. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN.
