Malcholm Ray Reder, age 77 of Hobart formerly of Lake Station passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020.  He was born on September 1, 1943 to the late Joseph Dorotha Reder in Gary, Indiana.  He was longtime Lake Station resident and he retired from the United States Postal Service in Gary, Indiana where he had worked for 30 years as a Mail Handler.  Malcholm enjoyed being on the computer and spending time with his grandchildren and great-nieces.

He is survived by two daughters, Melissa Haslett of Hobart, IN; Kimberly Reder of Lake Station, IN; twin brother, Mallie (Jacqueline) Dunfee of Lake Village, IN; one sister, Delores (Bobby) Martz of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; grandchildren, Jeffrey Haslett, Deanna  Sanchez, Lawrence Sanchez, Jazzilyn Damron, Clayton Aguilar, and Violet Aguilar, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha Ann Reder in 2017, and his daughter, Della Buchanan.
