Marceline Rabatine (nee Willis), age 85 of Portage passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015. She was born on March 15, 1930 in Marion County, Illinois to the late John and Hazel Willis. She was a former resident of Merrillville, Hobart and Valparaiso. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hobart and served as a Pre-K Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher and Sunday School Teacher at Trinity Lutheran School. Marceline enjoyed embroidering and reading.

She is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Rabatine of Manchester, CT; Karen (Richard) Aitchison of Orland Park, IL; Susan Rabatine of Chicago, son-in-law, Rod Baker of Hobart, IN; 7 grandchildren, Valerie, Matthew, Leeann, Janet, Paul, Michael, and Sandy, and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Rabatine, and one daughter, Jessica Baker.

Funeral services are Monday, June 29, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 900 Luther Drive, Hobart, IN. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage.
