MARGARET LEE HONEYCUTT (TEMPLETON) (nee GALLAGHER), age 88, of Lake Station, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 while surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Sullivan, IN on October 7, 1934 to the late John and Ethel Gallagher. Peggy was a nurse and retired from Fountainview Nursing Home.  She was an avid reader and loved going to the library.  Peggy will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Kathleen (Kenneth) West of Lake Station; grandchildren, Leslie Hall, Renee Mustain, Stacey Soria (West), Margaret Ramirez (West), Belinda Wade (Bingham), Sarah Templeton, Tamera West, and Carrie Harber; great grandchildren, Kenny, Kayla, Christopher, Alyssa, Ruben, Marcus, Alicia, Gabriel, Macy, Alberto, Dominic, Miranda, and Ava; great-great grandchildren, Aubriana, Blake, Elijah, Noah, Ariya, Kalliope, Ezra, and Niklaus; son-in-law, Kenneth Bingham of Lake Station; and sister-in-law, Jayme Vickrey of Lake Station.

Peggy was also preceded in death by her first husband, Theodore Hugh Templeton; son, Rollie (Debrah) Templeton; infant son, Thomas Lee Watson; daughter, Debrah Bingham; brothers, John Patrick (Gwendlyn) Gallagher of Indianapolis and Billy Bond Vickrey.
