Margie A. Pritchett, age 84 of Hobart, Indiana passed away Thursday, September 22, 2011. She was born on October 8, 1926 in Pultney, Ohio to the late Harry and Clara Robinson. She was a Hobart resident for the past 50 years and formerly worked at McCrory's Department store. Margie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, River Forest Band Boosters, and River Forest Athletic Boosters. She also served as past PTA President of River Forest Elementary School. She was a sports enthusiast and an avid White Sox and Bears fan.

She is survived by 1 son, Michael J. (Pamela) Pritchett of Valparaiso, IN; 2 daughters, Dana J. Pritchett of Hobart, IN; Michele K. Pritchett of Lake Station, IN; 1 brother, Harold D. Robinson of Grass Valley, CA; 6 grandchidlren, Kelly, Kristin, Jason, Michael, Joel, Gina, 3 great-grandchildren, Brittany, Alyssa, and Lana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Pritchett, and 1 daughter, Linda Kay Pritchett 1 sister, Dorothy J. Brunton.

Funeral services are Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart with Rev. Fred Standridge officiating. Burial will follow at Lowell Cemetery.
