Marika Lozanovski, age 83, of Hobart, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017. She was born on October 16, 1933 in Debar, Macedonia to the late Blaze and Kostadina Hristevski. She married Kiril Lozanovski, who preceded her in death in 2000. In her free-time, she enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening and doing needlepoint.
Marika is survived by her son, Steve Lozanovski; daughter-in-law, Judy Lozanovski; grandchildren, Thomas, Zachary and Steven; and one sister, Vera.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kiril Lozanovski; son, Tome Lozanovski; brothers, Nikola and Risto Hristevski; and one sister, Ratka Halev.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart with a Pomen service at 7:00 pm. A funeral service for Marika will take place on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 10:00 am at SS Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Church, 9669 Broadway, Crown Point, IN with the very Rev.
