Marilyn K. Williams (Goff) nee Crownover, age 73, of Hobart, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart.  She was born in Kokomo, Indiana on August 14, 1945 to the late Devere and Lydia (nee Long) Crownover.    She graduated from River Forest High School in 1963.  She was a devoted member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Hobart since 1967, where she served as President of the Women's Auxiliary.  Marilyn was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Lake Station.  She was an avid fan of Dale Earnhardt and the Chicago Cubs, an avid supporter of Hillary Clinton, and was an avid bowler.  She was the matriarch of the family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marilyn is survived by her son, Frederick (Kelli) Williams; daughters, Kimberly K. Williams, Diane (Brian) Moreland; grandchildren, Amber K. Williams, Frederick Jacob Williams, Matthew Carl Williams, Summer Crownover; great grandchildren, Jack and Norah K. Csonka; sister, Judith (Dave) Lange; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Carl Williams; siblings, Beverly Eakes, Michael Crownover, Robert Crownover; little buddy, Scooter; and her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 beginning with 9:15 am prayers at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd. Hobart, IN 46342 then proceeding to St. Francis Xavier Church, 2447 Putnam St. Lake Station, IN 46405 for a 10:00 am mass with Rev.
