Mark Ciesielski,

Age 51, of Lake Station passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019. He was born in Gary, Indiana on August 28, 1968 to the late Edwin Frances and Nancy (nee Miller) Ciesielski. Mark was a self-employed painter and enjoyed spending his free time with his friends.

Mark is survived by his girlfriend, Kristine Statum; her children, James White and Emily (Joshua) White; grandchildren, Joshua and Shaun Carlisle; two sisters, Lora (Scott) Chessor and Lisa Ciesielski; brother, Joe Ciesielski; niece, Stephanie Joseph; nephew Jeffery (Courtney) Cluff; and many other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service for Mark will be held Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 5341 Central Ave, Portage, Indiana 46368, with Pastor Bob Burton officiating. Cremation will follow.
