MARTHA H. HOLDER, age 81, of Portage, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 11, 2011. Martha was born on October 23, 1930 in Font Hill, KY to Carmi and Gladys Blair. She was a longtime area resident.

Martha is survived by her 2 sons, Jeff (Darla) Holder of Hebron and Kenny Holder of Portage; 1 brother, Wayne Blair of FL; 2 sisters, Brenda McGowan and Virginia Bernard both of Russell Springs, KY; numerous nieces & nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis; her parents; sister, Faye; and brother, Gene.

Memorial contributions in Martha's memory may be made to the local Humane Society.

A funeral service for Martha will be Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage with Rev. Richard Brown officiating.
