Martha Marie Lozanovski-Cody, age 65, of Lake Station passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 at Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation Center in Valparaiso. She was born January 28, 1947 in Sturgis, KY to the late John and Clara (Wadell) Litton. Martha worked as a cook at Romas Pizza in Glen Park and at Nick's Twin Oaks in Lake Station. Martha enjoyed cooking, baking and gardening. She truly loved her grandchildren and was loved in return.
She is survived by four loving children George Lozanovski, Jr. of Hobart, Susan (Rodney) Lawrence of Portage, Barbara (John Schaefer) Lozanovski of Portage, and Linda (Joseph Fusko) Bolduc of Portage; one sister Betty McLaughlin of California; eight grandchildren Jason (Christina), Tiffany, Dylan, Nick, Brittany, Nikki, Christian and Billy; and one great grandchild Sean and another on the way.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Larry Cody, parents, and one infant sister Linda Kay Litton.
There will be no visitation or funeral services at Martha's request. Cremation will take place at Kelly-Carroll Crematory. Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the family.
