MARTIN A. RICHLING, SR., age 76, of LOFS/Crown Point, Indiana passed away Friday, February 12, 2016.

Marty was born on April 8, 1939 in Chicago, IL to the late Walter and Josephine (Mangano) Richling. He was a longtime area resident and retired from Local 705 as a truck driver.

He attended Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Winfield, Indiana, the Maywood Sportsman's Club in Elmhurst, Illinois, a lifetime member of the NRA and enjoyed shooting at the Jasper-Pulaski shooting range.

Marty is survived by his two sons, Martin Richling, Jr., Anthony (Laura) Richling; two daughters, Cyndi (Mark) Botoske, and Eileen (Jim) Krutsch; 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren and his brother, Walter Richling.

Marty was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lenny Richling and loving companion, Becky Stulac.

A memorial visitation for Marty will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph St., Winfield/Crown Point, IN 46307, from 12 Noon until the time of service at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Ziegler officiating.
