Marvin Dale Hudson, age 70, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018. He was born on March 1, 1948 in Hornersville, Missouri to the late Rev. Willie Melvin and Ruth B. (nee Bailey) Hudson. He retired from U.S Steel, where he worked as a Millwright. Marvin enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

He is survived by his wife, Terri (nee Heck) Hudson of Portage; daughter, Becky R. Ditch; three sons, Kenneth Dale (Julie) Hudson, Kurtis Lee (Wendy) Hudson and his fur son, Rocky Dog Hudson; two brothers, Melvin "Gale" (Cindi) Hudson and James Mark Hudson; sister, Jo Ann (Arthur) Goss; five grandchildren, Amanda (Eli) Withers, Jonathan Hudson, Kristian Hudson, Gavin Peterson and Ruslan  Syzdykov; three great- grandchildren Deegan Withers, Cameron Withers and Teaghan Withers; many nieces, nephews and many other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bertha M. (nee Tustison) Hudson and his parents.
