Obituary
MARY GULBAN, age 93, of Westville, passed away Friday, November 29, 2013. She was born on March 20, 1920 in Gary to Eva and John Kukula. Mary worked as a bookkeeper at A&P and retired in 1985 after 29 years of service. She was previously very active in the St. Mary Medical Center Auxiliary and loved crafting for the hospital gift shop. Mary enjoyed ballroom dancing and fishing in Wisconsin. She took wonderful care of her yard and loved to grow flowers.
Mary is survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Eva and John; brother, Nick Kukula; sisters, Olga Wisz and Anne Kronsbein.
A special thanks to caregivers Stephanie, Haylee and Arika.
Per Mary's request, there were no services. Arrangements completed with Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, (219) 942-2109.
