Mary "Patty" (nee Boyer) Henderson, age 64, of Portage, passed away November 28, 2016 at in Portage, Indiana. She was born on June 10, 1952. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and sewing. Patty will be remembered as a kind and loving mother, who always put everyone's needs above her own.

Patty is survived by daughter, Denise Etchison; son, David Henderson; brother, David (Patti) Boyer; sister, Debbie (Jeff) Trella; grandchildren, Joselynn Henderson, Kaylie Ream, Landen Henderson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia (nee Bressette) Boyer; father, Ralph Boyer; and brothers, Thomas Boyer, Bill Boyer.

A funeral service for Patty will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage, IN 46368. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
