Mary F. Kaiser, age 93 of Hobart passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015. She was born on June 16,1921 in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland to the late James and Eileen Dickson. Mary was a British Army Veteran of WWII serving in the Women Auxiliary Territorial Service (WATS). She was a longtime Hobart resident and a longtime member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church where she was a member of the ECW Women's Group. Mary was a member of the Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association. She will be remembered by her family as a wonderful mom, grandma, great-grandma and homemaker who did many things for her family and church.

She is survived by one daughter, Eileen A. (Edward) Fralinger of Hobart, IN; one grandson, Andrew G. (Wendy) Rooks of Valparaiso, IN; one great-granddaughter, Andrea G. Rooks.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert F. Kaiser, two brothers, Thomas and James Dickson, and one sister, Kathleen Dickson.

Memorial donations in Mary's honor may be given to the VNA Hospice of Valparaiso, 2401 Valley Drive, Valparaiso,IN 46383.

Funeral services are Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 1360 South State Street, Hobart with Rev. John Blakslee officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage. Visitation is Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart.
