Mary G. Martin, age 96, of Hobart, IN passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

Mary was born on August 10, 1926 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Tony and Virginia (nee Zido) Scalia.  She married Edward Martin and was a homemaker.  Mary loved sports and was a fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed.

Mary is survived by her son: Robert Martin; grandchildren: Jennifer Martin and Mark Stivurski; and other extended family members living in California.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband: Edward; daughter: Virginia Stivurski; and six siblings.

There are no funeral services scheduled.  Cremation and arrangements are entrusted to Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
