Mary Isabel Rea, age 98, of Advance, North Carolina, formerly of Ogden Dunes, passed away November 26, 2014. She was born on May 4, 1916 in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania to the late Harry and Isabel Reddinger. On October 12, 1939, she married the love of her life, Thomas Rea. Isabel was a member of the Eastern Star Sunrise Chapter and an Elder at the Ogden Dunes Community Church.

She is survived by her sons, Richard S. (Penny Phegley) Rea and David B. (Martha Apple)Rea; grandchildren, Kris (Gabriel) Soukup, Kathy (Keith) Brown, Sarah (Tony) Slate, Alissa (Lyn) Williams, Mary (Camden) Bouchard, Thomas E Rea II; great grandchildren, Isabella Soukup, Rosalia Soukup, Gabriella Soukup, Alex Brown, Caroline Slate, Grady Williams, Bennett Williams; sister, Geraldine Petersen.

Isabel is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Isabel Reddinger; her beloved husband, Thomas E. Rea; her eldest son, Thomas A. Rea; brothers, David Reddinger, Harry Reddinger; sister, Olive Hecker; daughter in law, Nancy Kiser Rea.
