Mary Louise Tino, age 101, of Portage, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015. She was born on February 9, 1914 in Sample, Kentucky to the late Charles and Hattie Armstrong. Mary Louise had a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoyed cooking and was an excellent seamstress. She will always be remembered as a dedicated wife, sister, aunt and friend to those who knew her.

She is survived by one brother: Kenneth (Dixie) Armstrong of Portage; 17 adored nieces and nephews; numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.

Mary Louise is preceded in death by her husband: Dominic Tino; brothers: Evan, Earl and Charles Armstrong; sisters: Arline Wallace and Juanita DeMarr. Memorial contributions in Mary Louise's name may be made to Harbor Light Hospice, 800 Roosevelt Road, Building C Suite 206, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.

A funeral service for Mary Louise will take place Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 11:00 am Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage with Pastor Ron Smith of Portage Bible Church officiating.
