Obituary
MARY ANN WHITE, age 78, of Gary, was called by her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, to her Heavenly Home on Saturday, June 8, 2013. Mary Ann was born May 16, 1935 to the late Edward and Violet McFarland. She was a member of Living Hope Church. Mary Ann loved to cook and take care of her family. She was a devoted wife and mother and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58½ years, Warren; daughter, Martha White of Gary; grandsons, Derrick (Lindsey) Heath of Valparaiso, Justin (Carla) Heath of Wanatah, and Ryan Heath of Valparaiso; son-in-law, Scott Heath of Valparaiso; sisters, Betty DeMoss of Newberry, IN and Blanche Martin of Yuma, AZ; brother-in-law, Glenn (Mary) White of Hobart; several nieces and nephews.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by daughter, Annette L. Pondo.
