Maureen "Rene" Andrea Larson

Maureen "Rene" Andrea Larson, age 76, of Valparaiso passed away Wednesday May 31, 2023, in her home. Maureen was born January 27, 1947, in Hibbing, Minnesota to the late Raymond and Marian "Dolly" (Gustafson) Boudreau. She was a homemaker, loving mother and wife. Maureen helped to begin the ABATE Program in Porter County. She enjoyed Spending time with her husband at the American Legion Post in Wanatah.

Maureen is survived by her husband, James Larson of Valparaiso; her daughter, Lisa (Kevin) Hardsock of Chesterton; her brother, Raymond "Babe" (Debbie) Boudreau of Hobart; her sister, Cindy Boone of Hobart; and many other friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Maureen requested to be cremated with no attended services. Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana 46342 has been entrusted with her services.
