Michael David Goranovich Jr., age 53 of Lake Station passed away Friday February 18, 2011. He was born on August 4, 1957 in Gary, Indiana. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Michael loved woodworking and refinishing furniture.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Goranovich (nee Hoskins), 4 children, Christopher, Michael III, Justin, and Quinncy Goranovich, 3 sisters, Nancy (Larry) Achten, Roseann (Ron) Keiser, Cynthia Abdo, 3 grandchildren, Christopher, Andrea and Cameron, special uncle, James Hoskins, and numerous other, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Goranovich Sr., 1 brother James Goranovich and 1 sister Linda Timmons.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
