Michael Rea Keller Sr., age 57, of North Judson and formerly of Lake Station, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015. He was born on March 18, 1958 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Rea and Hulene Keller. On June 24th, 1978, he married the love of his life, Brenda Gibbs, in Merrillville, Indiana. Mike proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post #454 in New Chicago and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Post #2498 in Hobart. He was currently employed as a truck driver for Morris Motor Service.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Brenda Keller; sons, Michael Rea (Amanda Stacy) Keller Jr., James Keller; daughters, Melissa (Brian Kaehler) Gibbs, Kimberly (Bradley Bruce) Sobel; grandchildren, Matthew, Cassandra, Junior, Aryabella, Addison, Gracie, Michael, Ryan, Alex, Addie and Lily; brothers, Rea (Torie) Keller, Delbert (Teri) Keller; sister, Susan Kewish; stepmother, Trudy Keller.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Rea and Hulene Keller; daughter, Michelle Lisa Keller; brothers, Larry Rea Keller and John Soria.

A funeral service for Mike will take place Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage, Indiana.
