Micky S. Embrey

Micky S. Embrey, age 66, of Hobart passed away Tuesday April 21, 2026, at his daughter’s home. He was born October 15, 1959, in Logan, West Virginia to the late Paul S. and Annette (Kinney) Embrey. Micky loved caring for his family about as much as he loved fishing. He loved helping with his granddaughters.

He is survived by his devoted children, Mickey Embrey and Lindsay Embrey; his two granddaughters, Olivia Segally and Leona Segally; his former wife, Connie; five brothers and sisters, Debbie Embrey, Ginger Embrey, Lisa Embrey, Shawn Embrey, and Jay Embrey; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Robin Embrey.

Micky will be cremated and a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Rees Funeral Home was entrusted with his arrangements.
