MYA ANNORA "MIGHTY MYA" HERNANDEZ, age 88 days, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013. She was born on March 5, 2013 in Valparaiso to Jose Hernandez and Sarah Saalwaechter. Mya was a strong baby girl that fought until the end. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
Mya is survived by her parents, Sarah and Jose; sister, Joselyn Hernandez and brother, Cayden Hernandez; maternal grandparents, Samuel and Angeline Saalwaechter; maternal aunts and uncles, Samuel II, MaryEvelyn, Andrew, and Keri Saalwaechter; paternal grandparents and many aunts and uncles in Mexico.
A funeral service for Mya will be Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 12 Noon at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage, with Pastor Ron Smith officiating. Visitation will from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
