Nancy Carol Brady, 70, of Chesterton, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Portage. Nancy had been a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident and was a former member of Welcome Wagon in Crown Point. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting and was a loving grandmother.
Nancy is survived by a son, Mickey (Dana) Thompson of Tennessee, 3 daughters: Pamala (Ross) Bowen of Lapel, IN, Teresa Lambert of Arizona and Suzette (Paul) Dennington of Chesterton, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 brothers: Harold "Fred" (Barb) Krohn of Indiana, James (Connie) Krohn of California, 2 sisters: Sue Krohn of Idaho and Gail (Danny) Westmoreland of Crown Point, numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Leonard, mother, Annamae Krohn, stepfather, Harold Krohn and son, Greg Lambert.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 11:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart, with Pastor Bob Burton officiating. Cremation will follow the funeral service.
